3M Files Lawsuit to Enforce Patent Rights in Metal Mesh Conductor Technology for Touch Screens

3M and 3M Innovative Properties Co. filed a patent infringement lawsuit in federal district court in Wilmington, DE, against Elo Touch Solutions Inc.
